Eligibility
•
Essential criteria for Option 2 of INTRO- The staff member(s) must have a
third level qualification- degree, HND or equivalent.
•
The staff member(s) must have been working within your organisation for at
least 12 months prior to commencing their INTRO training.
Features
•
20 days Management Development Training spread over 9 months (e.g. approx
2 days per month).
•
Over the course of the nine months the staff member(s) will complete a post
graduate qualification- the Advanced Diploma in Management Practice, accredited
by the University of Ulster.
•
2 consultancy visits over the 9 month period supporting both company and graduate.

Cost:
The cost for companies to participate in Option 2 of INTRO is minimal
due to part-funding from the Department for Employment and Learning. Participating
companies are required to contribute only £1,250 of the total £3,750
INTRO cost, as the remaining £2,500 is funded by the DEL.
