Benefits:
• Adds value to your organisation
• Saves valuable/costly management time
• Provides you with the right people with the right skills
• Delivers on projects that have been put on the backburner
• Helps your business grow
• Enables you to become more competitive

Cost:
The cost for companies to participate in Option 1 of INTRO is highly competitive due to part-funding from the Department for Employment and Learning. Participating companies are required to contribute only £1,500 of the total £4,000 INTRO cost, as the remaining £2,500 is funded by the DEL.

Your INTRO company cost consists of:
• The programme participation fee of just £1,500 contributes to the direct programme costs - graduate recruitment and selection, 4 weeks training and consultancy support. This is paid in two installments (£500 non-refundable and a further £1,000).
• The graduate's salary for the full 24 weeks of the programme. In Parity’s experience we have found that employers pay no less than £6.50 per hour.
