The INTRO graduate development programme is designed to offer you the opportunity to gain relevant experience in the world of business. Unlike many other graduate recruitment programmes we welcome applications from recent graduates but also those who have been in the workplace for a number of years. Many graduates feel that their degree and work experience has not earned them a well paid graduate job and they lack job satisfaction.
