Parity and the Department for Employment and Learning (DEL) have recently
combined to create the INTRO Programme- the Graduate Management Development
Programme. INTRO has evolved from DEL's previous Entry to Management offering,
the Première Programme, which Parity delivered for 17 years.
Heavily subsidised by the Department for Employment and Learning, the INTRO
Programme presents employers with two cost effective options to develop their
management capability.
Option 1- Attract New Talent
Your people are your most important asset but finding the right ones can be
an expensive and difficult process. We can help you save time and money
by recruiting a graduate and training them for 4 weeks- equipping them with
the management and employability skills necessary to ensure they add value
to your organisation through the delivery of a 20 week Business Improvement
Project.
Option 2- Develop Your Existing Staff
Develop existing staff, both aspiring and Junior Managers, to become future
leaders within your organisation. Select an individual or group of people
and put them forward to receive 20 days management training which is spread
over the course of 9 months.
