The INTRO graduate application process is as follows:
- Submit an online application attaching your CV.
- A competency based interview with Parity Consultants.
- If successful you will be entered into a pool of graduates.
- Parity consultants will match you to a particular company.
- You will be invited to an interview with the company.
- If unsuccessful at this stage you will be returned to the pool and put forward for other suitable positions.
- If successful you will start the INTRO programme- with 4 weeks of training and 20 weeks in your placement company.
